Tiny rooms. If you are into sports don‘t book it as the hotel charges 20£ per day to use the gym. Breakfast was below average.

This is already the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I find it extremely convenient for someone like me who is in London for work and needs to go to Canary Wharf—it's objectively the only real hotel in the area. The rooms are comfortable, although the last time I had a large room, this time it was smaller and I must say that its major flaw is the lack of even a luggage rack and very little space for clothes. Even in the bathroom, there's hardly enough space to place a toiletry bag, but all in all, both rooms had a nice view. The breakfast is quite rich, however, during the week there are days when the hotel is so full that having breakfast at 8 AM is practically impossible because there isn't even a clean cup left. I would suggest increasing the service during these times to maintain high quality. All in all, highly recommended.

Another lovely stay. Hotel has lovely views on the 6th floor, comfy beds, lovely cafe and bar on the ground floor. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in such a convenient location for restaurants including dishoom downstairs, cafes, a shopping centre and train station all within walking distance.

I stayed in for one night only but the experience was amazing. I was checked in by “Esther”, she was amazing, so cheerful and welcoming. Her energy was on a different level, that girl made my day. She was happy and smilling. I was surprised by the check in process. It was easy and quick. Another member of reception “Shakhnaz”greeted me and she was so kind and had a very soft tone. These girl are genuinely doing a great job. Rooms are simple and quiet which i really liked. Location is amazing. Hotel in general has a cool vibe, welcoming both work and leisure guests. Facilities are well up to date. Views are amazing. Moreover, the breakfast was very good as well. At check out team was very friendly, specially ivan, fernando and chris. The guys were amazing in their service. They all were offering help regarding my luggage. Hotel itself is a calm place, no loud music or rush of people. Lobby and other areas were quite spacious.I would highly recommend it

Love the rooms and property, very friendly, welcoming and responsive staff - reception, housekeeping, great lobby, cafe, restaurant. Second time here and will be back! It’s my second time at this property, and had a nice little upgrade with a nice view of the Wharf, sprinkled with Winter Light Festival hues. Great location in Canary Wharf!

As a regular visitor, Shakhnaz, Esther and the rest of the Tribe team do an excellent job of being attentive, friendly and accommodating - consistently! It’s one of the main reasons why I use this hotel when staying for work, because the customer service is above and beyond. Would thoroughly recommend

Great bar and atmosphere on a Wednesday night with the deep house tunes & DJ! They’ve got the whole vibe spot on in terms of decor and ambiance. Very well done TRIBE 🔥 I always bring mates here and they rate it too. It reminds me of The Hoxton meets Soho House (without the pretentious people). Def recommend for a drink and their snack menu. A great and welcome addition to the Wharf!

Overall a decent hotel, the room was okay, to the smaller size but in a great prime location. I will continue to stay here when travelling for business

Just returned from a short stay at The Tribe and uh was perfect. I was a little anxious after booking the room due to the size and being late in my pregnancy but Nina the duty manager was fantastic! She really ensured our stay was comfortable and nothing seemed too much - thank you! We also ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant both which were fab. We didn't have the buffet breakfast as we knew exactly what we wanted. Thank you Nina, you gave us a great stay just what mama and dada needed!

L'hôtel est parfait pour un week-end à Londres. Il est bien situé (30min de la gare St Pancras / 20min de l'hypercentre) avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt qualitatif, les chambres confortables (même si un peu petite) et le staff sympathique.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms clean, location great. But the quality of your breakfast let's you down significantly - 'hot' food is cold and soggy, and you have little bowls of ketchup/brown sauce for people to share which are frankly very odd and also unhygienic. Pastries are dry. It's not communicated well enough that there's an a la carte option as well as buffet. If those things were addressed, I might stay again 🤷🏻‍♀️

De locatie is prima, service en kwaliteit zijn steeds minder aan het worden zeker gezien de erg hoge prijs. Kwaliteit ontbijt niet bijzonder, medewerkers hebben veelal een arrogante houding.

Been coming here for a while now, consistent great service and room. Got looked after by the night manager Ade, absolute lad. Had a couple of issue he got it sorted quick. Highly recommend

It could not have been better everything was perfect the service was amazing all our needs were meet and this sweet and lovely lady named Esther made sure that it was she absolutely the nicest and most open person she made sure to explain everything and as someone who has stayed with you guys before I’ve never had this kind of service so I’ll definitely be back and I will recommend it to everyone!!!

My experience at TRIBE was pleasant and I had a great experience. One person in particular stood out to me, Shume, a barista. She provided great service and was really lovely to have a chat with. She is really friendly and welcomes everyone who enters with a smile which I found really nice. I would definitely consider coming here again, I hope to see you again Shume!

This hotel is a very nice accommodation to spend your visit to London in! The staff are incredibly helpful and were also a delight just to chat with.
